Mentoring Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern mentoring services offered through Justyna Noemi - Boutique Awakening Spaces.

1. Mentoring Scope

  • Personal development, reflection, and guidance services.

  • Not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric support from licensed professionals.

2. Mentoring Sessions

  • Online mentoring sessions of 90 minutes.

  • Number of sessions depends on the selected mentoring plan.

  • All mentoring plans include ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions during agreed communication hours.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions are booked through the designated scheduling platform.

  • Minimum 48-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancelling.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are considered forfeited.

4. Mentor Availability

  • Justyna may occasionally schedule:

    • Vacation periods or personal time off,

    • Trainings,

    • Retreats.

  • Any such periods will

    • Remain within reasonable timeframes,

    • Be communicated in advance to clients,

    • Be reflected in the online scheduling tool,

    • Not interfere with the overall continuity of the Mentoring Plan.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment available either in full or in instalments as per selected mentoring plan.

  • First payment due upon registration.

  • Remaining payments must be completed according to schedule communicated by e-mail upon registration.

  • Late or missing payments will result in:

  • Payment reminder notifications,

  • Suspension of future sessions,

  • Temporary interruption of the mentoring process,

  • Initiation of a payment recovery process.

6. Cancellation & Exceptional Circumstances

  • Mentoring programs are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

  • Under exceptional circumstances, temporary pauses or timeline extensions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Justyna.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, actions, and personal outcomes.

  • No specific results or transformations are guaranteed.

  • Active participation, honesty, and personal responsibility are expected throughout the mentoring process.

8. Confidentiality

  • Personal information and exchanges shared during sessions or via WhatsApp are treated confidentially.

  • Confidentiality may only be broken where required by applicable law.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Collaboration

Justyna reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a mentoring collaboration in cases including but not limited to:

  • Repeated disrespect of the agreed framework,

  • Abusive or inappropriate communication,

  • Behaviour incompatible with the integrity of the mentoring space.

Any decision regarding partial refunds in such situations remains at the sole discretion of Justyna.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information shared through the website, booking forms, payment platforms, questionnaires, mentoring sessions, or direct communication will be handled with care and confidentiality.

  • Client information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Basic personal data may be collected and stored for scheduling, communication, payment processing, and mentoring-related administrative purposes.

  • Trusted third-party platforms and service providers may be used where necessary for scheduling, communication, payment processing, or website functionality.

  • The website may use essential cookies and third-party services necessary for its functionality.
