Retreat Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern Retreat services offered through Justyna Noemi - Boutique Awakening Spaces.

1. Retreat Scope

  • Personal development, reflection, mentoring and guidance services.

  • Retreats include group practices, guided experiences, sharing circles, workshops, and individual mentoring sessions.

  • Not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric support from licensed professionals.

2. Retreat Mentoring Sessions

  • Individual online mentoring sessions of 90 minutes are included in each Retreat space.

  • The number of included sessions may vary depending on the Retreat format.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions are booked through the designated scheduling platform.

  • Minimum 48-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancelling.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are considered forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

  • Retreat reservations are confirmed upon payment of either the full amount or required deposit.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than the communicated payment deadline, usually 1 month before the Retreat.

  • Late or missing payments will result in:

    • Payment reminder notification,

    • Suspension of participation confirmation,

    • Cancellation of the reserved spot,

    • Initiation of a payment recovery process.

5. Retreat Cancellation Policy

  • Payments already made, including deposits, are non-refundable.

  • If a participant cancels before the remaining balance payment deadline, the remaining balance will not be due.

  • If a participant cancels after the remaining balance payment deadline, the full Retreat amount remains due and non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that a Retreat is cancelled by Justyna, participants will be offered either:

    • A full refund of amounts paid, or

    • The possibility of transferring their participation to a future Retreat.

  • Justyna is not responsible for travel, insurance, extended accommodation or other third-party costs incurred by participants.

6. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, actions, and personal outcomes.

  • No specific results or transformations are guaranteed.

  • Active participation, honesty, and personal responsibility are expected throughout the Retreat experience.

  • Participants are responsible for informing Justyna in advance of any relevant medical, psychological, dietary, allergy, mobility, or wellbeing considerations that may affect their participation.

7. Confidentiality

  • Personal information and exchanges shared during sessions, Retreat activities, or direct communication channels such as WhatsApp are treated confidentially.

  • Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of the group space and not disclose personal information or stories shared by other participants.

  • Confidentiality may only be broken where required by applicable law.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

Justyna reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a participant’s participation before or during the Retreat in cases including but not limited to:

  • Repeated disrespect of the agreed framework,

  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate communication,

  • Behaviour incompatible with the integrity, safety, or atmosphere of the Retreat space,

  • Failure to respect consent, boundaries, or group confidentiality.

Any decision regarding partial refunds in such situations remains at the sole discretion of Justyna.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information shared through the website, booking forms, payment platforms, questionnaires, mentoring sessions, or direct communication will be handled with care and confidentiality.

  • Participant information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Basic personal data may be collected and stored for scheduling, communication, payment processing, and mentoring-related administrative purposes.

  • Trusted third-party platforms and service providers may be used where necessary for scheduling, communication, payment processing, or website functionality.

  • The website may use essential cookies and third-party services necessary for its functionality.
